    At Black Jack Limousine, we know that transportation needs can arise at any time of day or night. That's why we offer 24/7 transportation services with flexible scheduling options to fit your needs. Our drivers work around the clock to keep you moving, no matter when you need to go.


    While our office hours are from 8am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time, we are always available to provide transportation services outside of those hours. Whether you need an early morning airport transfer or a late-night ride home from a concert, we've got you covered.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    At Black Jack Limousine, we understand that our customers have different preferences when it comes to payment methods. That's why we accept multiple payment options to make it as easy as possible for you to pay for your ride.


    We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee, which helps us cover the costs associated with processing credit card payments.


    We want to make sure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your payment method. If you choose to pay with cash, you won't be subject to any additional fees. However, if you choose to pay with a credit card, please be aware of the 3% processing fee.


    No matter which payment method you choose, you can be sure that your payment information is safe and secure with us. Our payment processing system is reliable and easy to use, so you can focus on enjoying your ride.


  • Cancellation Policy/Deposit

    We do not mandate a deposit to secure a reservation with us. However, we have implemented a rigorous cancellation policy in lieu of a deposit. Reservations that are cancelled at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled reservation will not incur any fees. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior will be subjected to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation will be charged the full amount. We encourage our clients to provide us with ample notice if they need to cancel their reservation, so that we may provide the same time slot to another client.

In addition, limo services are known for their punctuality and dependability, ensuring that you reach your destination on time without any hassle or delay.

The cost of a limo service can often be split among several passengers, making it an affordable and convenient choice for weddings, corporate events, or airport transfers.

  • Is gratuity included?

    Our rates do not include gratuity, and we take pride in being one of the few limousine services that do not charge gratuity in advance. Instead, we leave it to your discretion to tip your chauffeur based on the quality of service provided. Please note that the standard gratuity in the industry is 20%. We offer the flexibility of including gratuity in your reservation in advance or settling it in cash directly with the driver.

    We are pleased to offer a complimentary booster seat or car seat upon request, subject to availability. Kindly note that our supply is limited.
